These terms cover the apps, games, and services made by Short Hill Labs LLC ("Short Hill Labs", "we"). By using one of our products you agree to them. An individual product may add its own terms; where it does, those apply to that product alongside these.
Our products are provided as is, without warranty. Products may be under active development: features can change, and data could be lost. Don't rely on any product for anything you can't afford to lose.
You must be at least 13 (16 in the EEA) and able to agree to these terms.
You keep the rights to what you create. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and display it so the product works — including sending it to any third-party providers (such as AI services) a feature relies on. Generated results are provided for your use within the product.
The material we ourselves publish — writing, artwork, software, and other content that is part of a product, including any newsletter, article, or archive — belongs to Short Hill Labs or is used with permission, except where a product credits a third party or an open license. You may read and share it for personal, non-commercial use; don't republish it wholesale or present it as your own.
Where a product publishes information, commentary, or summaries, we provide it for general purposes only, without any warranty that it is accurate, complete, or current, and it is not professional advice. Rely on it at your own discretion, and check anything important against a primary source.
Our products may link to or reference material we don't operate. Those sites are the responsibility of whoever runs them; a link is not an endorsement, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.
You agree not to post or provoke content that is sexually explicit, hateful, or that harasses or targets real people, anywhere other users can see it. We review reports promptly and may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
We may suspend or remove access for anyone who violates these terms or abuses a product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Short Hill Labs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our products.
Short Hill Labs LLC is a Virginia limited liability company, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
